Eat Your Art Out was launched in the summer of 2024 by Monica Samudio and Simone Scheier. With Monica’s lifetime of experience cooking healthy and delicious meals for her family, combined with Simone’s background in art and marketing, the mother-daughter duo set out to bring fresh and affordable lunches to Miami.
